Most buyers in the market conflate it with Ellijay proper, which sits two miles west on the river. They’re different in feel, similar in market dynamics, and share the same apple-country backdrop that’s become one of the more reliable autumn draws in North Georgia.
The price point here is the argument. Gilmer County is twenty minutes south of Blue Ridge with a meaningful price delta.
