Jacques and I spoke every single morning and he would say he “found a new home around the corner” and was going to get you to let him in to see it — or he found a home in Hillsborough near here where we live and I had to jump in the car and take a look right then and there. Jacques’ list of must-haves was as big as his personality.
I’ve learned many, many things, and guess that’s the meaning of life. Thank you for being you. Everyone should have a Thomas in their life and I’m honored to have had you on my side if only for a while to be that rock for me when I needed to rest.
